Peter Yee is an active member of the Vermont Commercial Investment Board of Realtors, Chittenden Commercial Real Estate Association, National Association of Realtors, Burlington Business Association, Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce, American Business Brokers Association, and the UVM Alumni Association. Peter was an agent with RedStone Commercial Group for six years before launching Yellow Sign Commercial in the Summer of 2012. Throughout his career, Peter has sold over $30,000,000 in real estate, leased over 200,000 SF of commercial space and closed over 30 business and restaurant deals. Peter not only knows what constitutes prime real estate in the area, he understands how to help you turn your business dreams into reality.
Originally from Kaneohe, Hawaii, Peter moved to the Green Mountain state in 1990 and graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Economics. While attending the University of Vermont, Peter was an active member of the Vermont Alpha chapter of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity.
Peter currently resides in South Burlington with his wife Denisa and 4 children, Emily, Cameron, Kai and Koa. He is a member of Vermont National Country Club and enjoys golfing, snowboarding and shoreline fishing in Hawaii.
