PEYTON FONTENOT

I am a full-time real estate agent and property manager in Fayetteville who works with home buyers, sellers and owners. My enthusiasm for helping others and my dedication to my clients helps me connect with them and provide the best service possible. I have a trained team that have worked with me over the past 4 years. We strive to provide top notch customer service. We treat each client like they are our only client.

I have been in real estate since 2021 and in 2024 I opened my own real estate firm to better serve my clients and my community. This year I also started a property management division to help homeowners looking to rent out their properties. During my second year, I ranked in the top 20 individual buyer agents in our area. I currently hold the ranking of Top Agent on Zillow and on Fast Expert. I pride myself on my dedication to my clients by ensuring they are making the best, informed decision possible when it comes to their real estate transactions.

When I'm not assisting my clients, I enjoy attending concerts, hosting game nights with friends, hiking, biking, cooking and just having fun with friends and family. I am from Louisiana and also lived in Ohio for 8 years, where I graduated from high school in the top 4 of my class. I bought my own home in Fayetteville in 2022. I am very open and honest with all of my dealings, whether it is in real estate or not.
