Phil Ludlow

Starting in 1995 with Carpenter, Realtors®, he immediately served & participated in Hendricks County Division committees and events. He was then selected Hendricks County Realtor of the Year 2001. Carpenter REALTORS® offered him the opportunity to open their first office in the Boone County market on October 1, 2001.

In 2002, Phil organized the Boone County Division of MIBOR to bring a cohesive atmosphere of Realtors, title and mortgage companies in the market serving, organizing & participating in Boone County Division committees & events. He was then selected Boone County Realtor of the Year 2006, 2007 and Distinguished Service Award 2008.

Phil serves on MIBOR’s Grievance Committee, MIBOR Economic Development Council and Boone County EDC
