Phil has extensive knowledge of the Austin real estate market and successfully guided me through the selling of one home and buying a new home process. He patiently answered all my questions and was prompt to return calls and texts. In what turned out to be a lengthy process his broad range of skills allowed us to have closings within a day of each other thus saving me a considerable amount of money.

Phil, by far has been the best realtor that my wife and I have worked with. He started off with updating us on a regular basis for possible buys and locations which was huge. As soon as we chose a desired location, he started off the process with KB Homes. From there, he updated us on the different stages of our home being built and all the administrative meetings with both KB Homes and the lending company. Phil gave us his full attention, professionalism, and patience throughout the whole experience from beginning to end. We will definitely use Phil in the future and also refer to friends.

Mr. Nicolosi was extremely helpful and readily available by email and by phone. There were some obstacles that we needed to overcome and had some complications throughout the process. Mr. Nicolosi was extremely helpful and made a difficult and hard long process much easier and got us into the home of our dreams. Would highly recommend him!!!

Nic was extremely helpful at walking us through the house buying process. We initially used another real estate company, but were referred to Nic by a friend after some frustration with the first company. The difference was night and day. As a real estate investor, builder, and renovator himself, Nic knows the in-and-outs of the entire business. He has a good eye and when looking at potential houses, he was able to point out every detail, good and bad. He is also very communicative and responsive when we had questions or needed something quickly. We had several road bumps in the process, including issues with the insurance and the seller's agent being non-responsive to our requests, but Nic was able to get everything resolved promptly. Not to mention he was a lot of fun to work with! If we ever need to buy or sell in the future, we will definitely use him again. I highly recommend using Nic for your real estate needs!
