Thank you so much, Premier Residential! My husband and I lived in a rental home managed by them for 2 years, before we purchased our first home in Richmond, VA. The rental was an older home, with some minor issues, but the management staff were always understanding and fast when completing our work orders. The homeowners paid for lawn care services, which was a major bonus; especially because we hate cutting the grass! The property manager was always friendly and professional every time we called her for anything. And they also made the move-in and move-out process very easy. I would recommend Premier Residential to everyone i know!
