Philip Kalchthaler

Phil Kalchthaler Jr. is an Upstate South Carolina native. The 30-year-old businessman graduated from Seneca High School in 1999 and went on to graduate Cum Laude from Anderson University with a degree in business and a concentration in management.

After he graduated, he continued his education at the Wyatt Institute in April 2004, and shortly thereafter he began his real estate career. As a member of the Top Producers Club for the last four years, he has sold numerous properties in and around Lake Keowee. He attributes his success to treating others the way he wants to be treated, which includes maintaining an ethical and professional business.
