Phil was a great agent and a great person. He was immediately exceeding my needs, going above and beyond and committed to helping me find exactly what I requested. He never directed me to go with the more expensive options and provided the direction I needed in a competitive market, from the process of choosing, offering and closing the deal! He was with me every step and was incredibly trustworthy,

To say that working with Phil was a pleasure would be an understatement. He not only went above and beyond in the whole sales process, but it was obvious that he puts his heart and soul into his work. Phil is so caring and understanding. The selling process can be quite stressful, and it was especially so for us, as it was the home my father had built for our family. Phil was always there to calm our nerves and assure us that everything would work out. He was diligent about bringing buyers to see the house and with his help we found the perfect people to live in our family's home. Phil always returned phone calls and emails immediately, and he made sure we got our asking price. It was definitely our families pleasure to work with Phil!

I cannot sing Phil’s praise enough. He went above and beyond for us! Phil is not only an excellent real estate agent who is knowledgeable in his field, but a truly decent human being. We dealt with a very complicated and stressful legal situation around a property we were buying which lasted over a year. Phil was along for every step of the way. He was a combo real estate agent, couples therapist and guru. He was always extremely communicative with both my partner and myself. Everyone we spoke to in the field (from lawyers to inspectors etc) had the highest respect for Phil. We would recommend him to anyone we know!!

Philip Szumlaski went more then above and beyond in our home buying process right from the start to the day of closing! He is very knowledgeable in his field. We had many obstacles to face and he was on top of it all. If he doesn’t have the answer to a question he will get it for you. Phone calls, emails , text messages were always answered in less than an hour no matter what he had going on. Phil was on top of every aspect of the transaction. I left the area 2 months before closing. He took it upon himself to check on the property top to bottom twice a week until closing. If there was an issue, I had no question Phil would handle it. He plowed over every obstacle between us and a final closing date. Can’t recommend anyone more enthusiastically

Phil was absolutely a dream to work with! I've heard some negative experiences about buyers with their relators, but that was not the case at all with Phil. He doesn't only look at his clients as numbers or profit but as real people who are looking to find the perfect home for their families and needs.
