We are a knowledgeable, hard working, honest real estate team. We have done many things with houses from building and remodeling them, to selling and purchasing them. Phil was in residential construction for over 18 years. We have bought, flipped, and sold many of our own properties and currently own/ manage rentals. We will use all of our expertise to help clients that are buying a home to find the house of their dreams. Our experience will also help clients that are selling their homes to get their houses ready to make the most money they can from their sale. When dealing with a customer our focus is always on their needs and wants- we are great listeners (both teachers in a previous life). Another strength we bring is our negotiation skills.
