Phillip was a pleasure to work with during the buying of our new home and selling our old home. We have worked with a few realtors in the past but Phil was extremely responsive, helpful and supportive. He helped us throughout the entire process even on closing day when they were some issues with the previous owners. I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful he was during the buying and selling process. We asked him to help us find a home around the end of October and before Christmas we were moved in to our dream home. Phil made the whole process from finding a home, booking showings, selling our first home and buying our dream home a breeze. Phil helped us find our dream home so we can build our family and make new memories.

On Thanksgiving 2020, my in-laws realized it was time to start thinking about moving closer to us. For fun, I started looking for homes in the 55+ community nearby and found a new listing. We decided to book a showing, just so they could get an idea of what the homes were like.

Phillip contacted us to set up a time. He’s very personable, and easy to work with. We viewed the property, and my in-law’s loved it! Two days later they put in an offer, and with Phillip’s help secured a great price. The offer was accepted, and on day three they were under contract.

Phillip did such a great job on their purchase, they decided to use him for the sale of the home they built and lived in for 51 years—this was an emotional journey for the folks, but Phillip made it much easier. Within a month, their Chicago home was under contract.

We highly recommend Phillip if you’re in the market to buy or sell.

As ever, Phil was the consummate professional and helpful at every zig and zag along my home selling journey. My wife and I had a wonderful home buying experience with Phillip. From the very start he was went out of his way to make the process as smooth as possible and answered all of our questions as they came up ( there were many, many, many questions). Phillip was able to work with our not so convenient work schedules and came up with an itinerary to show us several homes that fit our budget, needs, and wants, ultimately ending with us finding the house we would buy. Through out the entire process, Phillip was only a phone call away for any questions and/or concerns we had.
