Phillip is currently Head of land acquisitions for David Greene Realty. Phillip currently puts together commercial and residential developments in Richmond, Columbia, and Aiken Counties. He works closely with landowners as well as with developers and builders to help locate and develop property. Phillip has been involved in the development of property for the past 20 years.
