Phillip Norris is a native of Arizona, born and raised in the Valley of the Sun, and has watched it grow into a vibrant state. He is very knowledgeable about the Valley, as he has lived in the west valley, attended school in Phoenix proper, and has worked in Scottsdale for most of his life. Phillip bought his first home when he was 21, and seeing a great return on his investment, he has been interested in and studied the real estate market ever since.
