Phyllis David

Phyllis has been a lifelong resident of New York and Rockland County since 1981. As a mother of three children, she has kept familiar with the local school systems and surrounding communities. She has an extensive knowledge of computers and has been in sales for over 30 years. Phyllis serves all communities in Rockland, Orange and Bergen Counties and has a nationwide and worldwide network of referral agents.

Each of her clients are individuals with their own needs and desires. Phyllis’s goal is to make their real estate experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free utilizing her knowledge and expertise to guide them, assuring them of honesty, professionalism, and the highest level of service.

As a longtime resident of New City, she has accumulated a vast knowledge of the Rockland County area. Her community involvements include serving the Girl Scouts of America, Hadassah, the local PTA's, the JCC-Y New City Jewish Center.
