Pilar Rivera was instrumental at getting us our new home. She was incredibly patient and was always available to us when we had questions. There’s nothing worse than a “pushy” realtor that’s only interested in closing on a home. Pilar is not this kind of realtor. She is honest and forthcoming about the neighborhood and any problems with the home. I would strongly recommend Pilar to anyone who is looking to buying or selling their home.

Pilar assisted our daughter in her apartment search. She was very knowledgeable about the rental market and the Santa Monica neighborhoods. She was kind and attentive and made our daughter feel as though she had a real ally in the negotiations with the landlord. Being far away, we were reassured that our daughter was in highly professional, capable hands throughout the process--including her move-in! We could not imagine a better and more complete level of service! Pilar was in our corner and we felt it every step of the way. We highly recommend Pilar!

Relocating to L.A. from Sacramento during the pandemic was very challenging and stressful. My husband and I were in L.A. prior to our move looking at neighborhoods and stumbled into an open house and met Pilar. Pilar was a God send to us! She understood what we were looking for and she worked day and night to find us just the right house. She responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. Pilar definitley eased the anxiety of such a big move during these challenging times. I highly recommend Pilar for any housing needs such as buying, selling or renting.
