Prestlie Hagar

Prestlie was born, raised and now lives in Winters, CA. She became a licensed realtor in 2018, coming from a marketing and technology background, which she utilizes in the real estate world for all her clients! Buying or selling a home can be stressful! That is why she puts eliminating the stress from her clients as the top priority in every transaction. She prides herself in her excellent communication with all parties involved to ensure the buying and selling process is as quick and smooth as possible. Her goal is for her clients to enjoy the buying or selling process and let her handle the rest. She absolutely loves what she does! She has helped so many friends, family members, and new friends become homeowners, sell and move up in to a larger home and even buy their dream home.

Prestlie graduated from Winters High School, move to LA, and became a certified Makeup Artist, after graduating from makeup school she moved back to Winters and married her high school sweetheart. They then moved to Casper, WY and bought their first home. A few years spent working for Verizon and living in the snow, she transferred, and we headed back to Winters! She first stepped into the Real Estate world as the Social Marketing Director for Windermere Hulsey and Associates. She decided to become a realtor after working with Michael Hulsey and watching her grandmother, Charlotte Lloyd, her entire life as a realtor. She realized she thoroughly enjoyed this career. After receiving her license, she decided to jump in with both feet as a full time Realtor. She specializes in Yolo and Solano counties where she has lived most of her life. Her family is well established in the area. Her parents own Pearce Heating and Air Conditioning since 2005. Her grandpa owned Howard’s Doors & More in Fairfield for over 30 years and her grandma has been a well-established realtor for over 30 years.
