Preston was by far the best real estate agent we had ever worked with to sell a home. Timely on updates, quick to react to changing market conditions, and a professional willingness to get his hands dirty to spruce up the house were only a few of the traits that we came to appreciate in him.

1. Preston consistently met us on a weekly basis (and often sooner) whether that be on the phone or in person so that we were always made aware of showings, visitor feedback, suggestions to increase value, etc.

2. Preston not only sold our home but advised us throughout the process on the optimal price point to market our home based on comparable homes in the area, market conditions both local and macroeconomic, and whether we had to adjust our strategy.

3. Preston has unlimited energy and has a 'no job is too big' attitude. He helped us paint our house, fix our screens, and even move our furniture out of our previous home and into our new home.

In conclusion, he is by far one of the most willing and determined individuals I have ever met and not only is he an amazing real estate agent but a very decent person to work with. We enjoyed working with Preston and will come to him again whenever we are looking to buy or sell a home.
