Priscilla helped us find our home in the Berkeley Hills. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in. I felt that she carefully listened to all our questions, concerns and doubts that we had about certain properties.

We asked Priscilla to help us sell our house in Kensington, where we had lived for 30 years, and which needed significant upgrades. She helped us to identify and prioritize the areas of concern, find contractors capable of doing the work, and even find funds for the renovations. Then she pulled out all the stops to market our property. Our house, transformed from top to bottom, looked magnificent in the beautiful brochure and video she produced. She hosted four open houses and tirelessly responded to questions from a stream of potential buyers. Her genuine charm and "hospitality" definitely made people feel at home in the house. And it paid off! We signed a contract with the ideal buyers just three weeks after the house went on the market. Priscilla accompanied us throughout the closing process, just as she had from the very start of our professional relationship, with enthusiasm, patience, empathy, and timely professional advice born of her years of experience in the field.
