Puneet was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect home. From the very beginning, he and his team were available to answer any questions that I had and provided me with valuable insight into the housing market.

He was patient and never pushed me to make a decision until I was completely comfortable. Once I found the house that I wanted to buy, he provided me with excellent support throughout the negotiation and closing process. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had and made sure that everything went smoothly.

Overall, I cannot recommend him and his team at Ikon Realty enough. They are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their clients. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent and team, look no further. They are the best in the business!

My husband and I are both active duty and we were looking in all areas to find a home. We started looking for houses back in the June time frame where the market was crazy. We were assigned to Puneet as our realtor and from the start we made an instant connection. He was honest about the properties we saw, the market fluctuations and what would be best for us. We then came back 6 months later and got assigned a new agent from his office: Ibrahim. He was extremely helpful and he put so much effort in finding us different homes and talking about our options. We could have not had better realtors and a company to to through. We closed in less than 3 weeks and the whole process was smooth and they were there for us 24/7. Both of them were amazing and 100% recommend them!

Relax and settle in for a long read because a good story needs to be told and heard in it’s entirety, especially if the hero of that good story is an even better person than the story itself! The hero of our happy home buying story happens to be none other than Puneet himself!
I was out of town during the house hunting process and needed a reliable realtor to help my wife navigate this treacherous market. We already had a realtor who had set our expectations bar very high by being perfect to us in the past. And then Puneet was recommended to us. Our first instinct was to stick with our old realtor mainly because we didn’t think it would be possible for Puneet to even be half as good. All the same we decided to give Puneet a chance by meeting for the first time, fully convinced there would never be a second meeting! Not only was there a second meeting, Puneet led us through the journey to our new mansion!
Throughout the misery that was the house hunting process, Puneet made us feel as if his entire life revolved around our world, as if his happiness depended on my wife and I finding our dream home! This was not our first home buy, but it was the first time the realtor was more enthusiastic and energetic than we were! It was as if we were buying the house for him to live in. During open house visits, he inspected every nook and cranny critically and asked insightful questions as if he was buying the house for himself! Such was his enthusiasm! Such was his total commitment to my wife and I that we wondered how he made time for his other customers. Did he somehow have more than the 24 hours in a day that we didn’t know about?
As is the norm with the current housing market in a very sought after neighborhood around Washington DC, we lost offers on five or six different houses. We considered stopping the search altogether but then Puneet went out of his way to conduct some market analysis and devised a new strategy! The result? Our very next offer on the biggest house yet in our search was accepted! We closed on the house last Friday. At closing, the seller’s realtor told me I got the house because of my realtor (Puneet). Apparently it had come down to two identical bids for the house - ours and one other. And apparently Puneet’s influence was the deciding factor because the selling realtor preferred dealing with Puneet because of his positive demeanor and manner of doing business! So yes, Puneet is that good!
Need I say more to convince you of Puneet’s quality as a realtor? Okay I will!
Call Puneet first thing in the morning or text him last thing at midnight! He will respond to your simple text message question patiently with a very knowledgeable answer plus a detailed explanation and alternatives! He will become your friend, your family member, your advocate and confidante! He is loyal, easygoing, wise beyond his years, street smart, and very sincere! He is able to navigate all the intricacies of the home-buying process because he knows the mortgage process inside out!
I could go on and on and on without being superfluous but I believe you now have an excellent idea of who Puneet is and why you must work with him!

Easily the best realtor/broker I have ever dealt with! Very personable. He will go above and beyond to help in any way possible. He helped me get the best deal possible and saved me money in the process. I wish he was my realtor/broker at the location I was moving too. He worked with me when I first bought my house, and was so great that I had to have him again when I sold the house.

Not sure where to even start. Puneet exceeded all of our expectations by a landslide! He was unbelievably accommodating and went the extra 10 miles for us DAILY. This market is so competitive right now, and he managed to get us into a really nice place. We will be forever thankful, and forever in touch! From our first contact Mr. Bhagi presented himself as someone I could trust! He showed that he had MY best interest at heart and I wasn't just another pay day! He gave sound advice and recommendations that ultimately saved me alot of time and money! Oh but wait...HE DID ALL OF THIS WITHOUT MAKING ME COMMIT TO HIM!!!! This is the man you need to work with! After so many issues with finding a home he had no problems navigating any that we had.

I came down with covid 2 days before I had to sign for my new home and Puneet found a way for me to still sign and keep everyone safe and healthy!

As a veteran this man went above and beyond what other agents did to help, all the others will tell you they are working for you but are not.

We had been through 3 other agents all of them pushy and offsetting to the point of us putting off a home.

Than came this badass man of realty

He was humorous, kind, professional, friendly and extremely helpful if we had any of questions (and as first time homeowner's we sure did)

I can't say enough good things about this man and how much he did for me as a first time home owner and veteran.

He even won my wife over who generally is very hesitant to work with any agent or person working from a commission angle.
