Recently relocated to the US with my family and decided to purchase a home. As a first-time home buyer, I was extremely nervous about the whole process. I was new to everything and the process was very different from what I was used to. I was recommended to Punya from a family member and the first time I met him I knew he was the right guy. He was so down to earth, easy to talk to and I just felt comfortable and trust talking to him. He sat with me and my wife and explain the whole process in detail and answered all our questions and concerns. He was very patient and was very diligent in all aspects of the process and was in constant communication with us from start to finish. Punya was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and when we found the house of our dreams he left no stone unturned to make sure we got it. He made sure we understood everything before we sign. His thoroughness, responsiveness and attention to detail led us to a smooth closing. Because we were new to the area, Punya gave us so much advice, recommendations and directions on getting acquainted in our new home and neighborhood. It was truly a pleasure working with Punya and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking to buy or sell their home
