Starting in 1990, as an investor, I bought several properties, fixed, and rented each one. Each 'deal' was a lot of hard work and a ton of fun. I was fortunate to be surrounded by family, friends, and trustworthy business people who guided and taught me along the way. Real estate is not new to me.
