Rachel did a fantastic job helping us with purchasing our new home. For the search process, she created a daily report that showed us new and existing homes on the market that fit our target price range and criteria. For in-person property visits, Rachel adapted her schedule to fit ours. She was very prompt in her responses whenever we had questions. She also helped us navigate a complex situation where the current owner required a period of rentback after settlement. Overall, Rachel made the home-buying process smooth and easy. We would highly recommend her.
