Rachel Eames

Rachel is the Owner/Broker of Eames Realty Services, LLC and President of Eames Insurance Services. She has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of New Hampshire since 1988. Mrs. Eames received her undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1984. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Boston University. Rachel earned her Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) designation from the National Association of Realtors®. Rachel earned her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation with the National Association of Realtors®. Less than 3 percent of Realtors® in the State of NH have earned this coveted CRS designation. She has also earned her ABR—Accredited Buyer Representative designation, and her Senior Real Estate Specialist or SRES designation. Rachel was named the Capitol Region Board of Realtors® “REALTOR® of the Year” in 2007. This is a prestigious honor awarded to the member who demonstrates high ethical standards, REALTOR® Spirit, and community involvement. She has been an active member of the Capitol Region Board of Realtors® for nearly two decades and has served on the Board of Directors for the Capitol Region Board of Realtors® for eight years. Rachel served the Board as President in 2010 and in 2007. She has also served as a State Director for the NH Association of Realtors® for numerous years. She continues to serve the NH Association of Realtors® as President of the Association in 2017. She was Treasurer for the State Association in 2014 and 2015 and President-Elect in 2016. Rachel is active in many community organizations.

Rachel is a devoted professional, working diligently for her clients. She has extensive knowledge of the new construction process and land. Since 1980, Rachel and her husband Jeffrey have also owned Fort Mountain Land & Timber Co., Inc. This company provides forestry and land services to landowners in southern New Hampshire. Many years of experience with land, timberland, and timber type give Rachel expertise in the sale and sub-division of land.
