Decided to move from the DC area to Virginia Beach (VAB). We were EXTREMELY fortunate to get Rachel as our agent. She is "top notch" when it comes to the real-estate business. Very responsive regarding questions we had, which mostly were text messages, but she was on call 24/7 if we needed to reach out. Considering a big move and likely our last, we were looking for something that fit the bill (and our budget). She was patient with the whole process from the beginning. We went to VAB for a day+ to look at some properties because everything was going fast. She cleared her schedule to show us several properties. No hurry, just making sure we saw our options from what we were looking for. Nice and easy to communicate with and did I mention "patient"??? A rare quality these days when it comes to sales. We are still in the process of closing on our new home, but I have 110% confidence in Rachel following through until we have keys in hand. Not only were we fortunate to get her as an agent, but also as a friend. If you are moving to the VAB area, would HIGHLY recommend her.

Rachel Rosario is an outstanding real estate agent. She went over and above expectations by always responding to my questions and requests immediately. She has a very friendly demeanor and loves helping her customers. I was shocked at the amount of time she is willing to devote, from early morning to late at night working on your individual needs. I feel so blessed to have found the perfect realtor, that helped me find the perfect forever home!

A few months ago I was browsing houses on Trulia at 9 p.m. on a Sunday night. Like most, we were fantasizing about purchasing our first home, but had no idea what the process was to do so. I clicked on a home I wanted to see, and ask to be connected to a realtor. Not only did fate bring Rachel in our lives, but she went above and beyond from that first night. She took the time, again it was 9 p.m. on a Sunday, to not only call me and reach out, but to gather our preferences, what we were looking for in a home, area, must haves, and must have nots. I decided then and there that Rachel was our God send! She MORE than exceeded every one of our expectations. She was amazing at showing us exactly what we wanted, while also showing us properties that we had no idea we wanted. She went above and beyond in every one of her sacrifices for our family. She MORE than spoiled us with her effective and quick communication, take charge attitude, all while making our first home buying experience fun and enjoyable even through all the difficulties and stress. I can not thank her enough for all she’s done. She is highly resourceful and I HIGHLY recommend her to ANY first home buyers, as well as military families PCSing. Her communication skills are so over the top, that she can deliver the home of your dreams even if you’re in another country.
