Rachel was super helpful and went to a ton of places since I was out of town when I wanted to start looking at homes. She gave a walkthrough with commentary on the views, the feeling of the house, any smells, etc. I enjoyed working with her and am glad to have a friend in the area!

Warm, energetic, and with a seriously impressive collection of skills to draw from, Rachel also has experience in one of the toughest real estate markets in the country and can go to bat for you here in Durango, where it has gotten quite tough. She is extremely well-informed on the market and skilled in negotiations whether you are buying or selling. Beyond this, she can also guide you on upgrades to improve your home’s value. All of this aside, what really made an impression on me when we met is her dedication to giving back. She devotes time to fund development for Community Connections, a local organization providing critical family support services in Southwest Colorado. She donates part of each commission to a charity chosen by her clients. And she is also working on implementing a range of sustainable business practices for her real estate group, with the goal of a smaller carbon footprint. In a word: integrity.

In trying to sell our ranch we delt with horrible realtors. Rachel came highly recommended and exceeded our expectations! Racheal went above and beyond and marketed our property nationwide. We received updates and reports on interested parties. Racheal researched our property history and was able to present it with explicit accuracy which enabled us to sell for far more than we initially were asking!
