Rachel Spencer

Born and raised in Richmond I know and love this city. I spent my early years in the Fan on Grove Ave then moved to the west end of Richmond only to come right back to the city to attend VCU where I graduated with a degree in Marketing. I have seen so many changes in this city and take pride in watching Richmond grow.
After graduating I started with a job marketing wine at local stores, which taught me two things; one, that I love meeting and talking to new people, and two, I love trying new wines. From there I went on to a sales and management job where I learned the tools I use today to be the best real estate agent I can to my clients. I learned how to be a positive yet effective leader, to really listen to what my customers wants and needs are and to tailor my services accordingly, and that hard work and passion for what you are doing is the best way to get the job done.
I consider myself lucky to have a job that I love and take pride in. My goal is to help each of my customers in the buying or selling process and to make this time exciting and stress free. So whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned shopper my mission is to really listen to your needs and to find you not just a house but a place you can call home.
