Rachel Weinberg

As a Realtor with WK Real Estate, Rachel specializes in residential sales in Boulder County, Broomfield County, and the surrounding areas. She enjoys working with sellers and buyers to make what could be a stressful time in people's lives, a rewarding and successful experience. With a BA in Business Administration and a focus in Marketing, one of her strengths is the integration of creativity to generate focused and effective marketing campaigns for sellers.

Rachel has been in the real estate industry since 2001. Her experience on the training side of the business helped her create a strong foundation and knowledge of the intricacies of a real estate transaction. Her ability to identify with her clients’ needs, motivations, and feelings foster an environment of compassion and understanding. Her win/win negotiating approach helps her clients realize their goals and dreams while staying within the means of their comfort, financial, and emotional parameters.

WK Real Estate has recognized Rachel's sales successes over the past few years. She was named second in sales production in 2010, fifth in 2011, eleventh in 2012, and tenth in 2014 and seventh in 2015, out of the more than one hundred agents company wide. Rachel has also been named a Five Star Real Estate agent by 5280 Magazine in 2012, 2013, 2014 and again in 2015. Five Star Real Estate agents are in the top 7 percent in all the Denver Metro area based on client satisfaction surveys and production.

Rachel enjoys her community connections and involvement in the non-profit sector. She has served on numerous boards of directors, fundraising and development committees, and Rachel is also a member of the Boulder Independent Business Alliance, the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, the WK Real Estate Agent Advisory Board and various other community groups.

As resident of Boulder since 2001, Rachel understands why you love to call Boulder home! She and her husband Brian have two sons, Deker, and Evan. They are avid skiers and hikers and enjoy biking, camping, SUPing, snowshoeing, live music performances, and ALL of Colorado's splendors. The values and qualities she enjoys sharing most with others, both personally and professionally, are integrity, honesty, loyalty, and fun!
