Wether you are buying your first home or refinancing, there is no one better to guide you through the process, than Rachelle Lopez with Century 21 Full Realty Services. Rachelle helped me with purchasing my home eight years ago and recently helped with my refi. The whole process can be so overwhelming, but not with Rachelle. She is always so informative, patient, and always available to address any concerns. She has even worked odd hours to accommodate my crazy work/life schedule. Thank you Rachelle!!!

Rachelle goes beyond what is needed. She always kept in contact with us, supplied printouts of each house we looked at, and was very detail oriented. When we bought our house, she surprised us with a housewarming gift because it took us so long to find the perfect house. She is an excellent realtor and honest. I would recommend her to anyone.

We found that selling our home was not going to be an easy process and also not something we were going to take lightly. We really didn’t know where to start or how to prepare our home for the market. We contacted Rachelle and found her to be extremely knowledgeable and personable. Having her as our agent made us feel at ease. It’s easy to stress out during the process, but Rachelle was there to answer all our questions and put things into perspective. Our home was off the market and in escrow in just under two weeks. She used state of the art technology to showcase our home and listed our home in various real estate sites. Rachelle is amazing! She truly invests in her customers throughout the whole buy/sell experience and she stays in touch even after you're settled in to your new home. For the buying process, Rachelle really listens to your specifications and she knows the market well so she is able to bring you to the houses that fit your specifications. Rachelle went above and beyond during our selling process and helped stage our home. She is very professional and patient and gets you, the customer, through the whole process with as little stress as possible and buying and selling can be stressful, but not with Rachelle. She really cares about you as a customer. We're so thankful for all she did and we are very happy in our new home!
