Rafik Moore is the founder and CEO of Caspian Group, a fully integrated commercial real estate firm, providing investment, brokerage, and property management services. As a value investor, he and the company focus on acquisition, adaptive reuse, and development of distressed industrial, retail, and office assets across the US.
His passion and purpose are to help, to influence, and to impact others to achieve their highest potential. Rafik does so through mentoring, coaching, and investing into young leaders aspiring to grow in an impactful way. Rafik’s personal mission aligns with the company mission which is “To make the world a better place by improving it one building at a time.” Rafik immigrated to the US in 1998 from Uzbekistan, which was a former republic of the USSR. Coming from humble beginnings, he understands the meaning of hard work, ethics, and the importance of equal opportunity. Most importantly, Rafik always looks for ways to give back and empower those less privileged.
Caspian Group was founded in 2016 and has grown to 30+ professionals and manages over 2,000,000 sq. ft. of assets for investors throughout the Midwest and Florida. The company has grown at a fast pace due to their commitment to a culture where meaningful relationships come first. Rafik graduated in 2001 from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. As a student of life who is constantly learning, Rafik is a prolific reader with interests in history, philosophy, psychology, business, and self-improvement. He is a servant-leader who is committed to staying active in his community and to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
In his free time, Rafik enjoys running, playing chess, traveling, and mountaineering. He is extremely grateful to be living a fulfilling and purpose-driven life with his wife and four children in Edina MN.
