The company has an office in Palos Verdes Estates, California, and serves the real estate markets of South Bay’s Palos Verdes Peninsula and Beach Cities. For over 35 years, Raju Chhabria has established himself as the top local and national sales agent with record property sales of $100 million each year since 1998, and more than $3 billion dollars in lifetime sales. Prior to opening his brokerage, Raju Chhabria worked as an associate broker at Shorewood Realtors for 21 years. Every year, he exceeded Shorewood’s sales goals which resulted in recognition as the company’s number one agent.
