I was scared to sell my home amid the pandemic. Ralph did a fantastic job. He sold my home very fast and also made sure all my needs were met as far as safety precautions during the pandemic. He made sure my home had a 3D walk through gave us great recommendations for good priced cleaning and styling before pictures. He made sure the potential buyers had sanitizer and booties. He provided everything far and beyond. My home was sold so quickly, I couldn't believe it! He helped meet all my needs when I was looking for a new place after the sale and we are very happy with what we bought and the price we bought it for. Ralph was very helpful in our home buying process. We were coming from across the country and he followed up on our sellers frequently to try to ensure they were completeting repairs as agreed, when things didn't go as planned he kept us in the loop. He did video walkthroughs of homes for us and sent them to us via YouTube which was amazingly helpful for us to get the feel of a property. Ralph is an incredible realtor and I cannot say enough about our experience with him. If ever there were a nightmare home buying experience, it was ours. We met Ralph about a year ago at an open house and he gave us his information to contact him if we needed anything. Later that day, we found our dream home. Ralph saw us through this process, from start to finish. He was there to communicate with our builder's representative, help negotiate our price and closing costs, communicate with our lender (we went through three different lenders in the course of a year because, amongst other things, my student loans were problematic for our DTI), and he was there to look over documents sent both from the builder and from our lender to ensure that everything looked sound. We also dealt with a number of other issues that caused our closing to take nearly a year. Ralph was patient throughout this whole process and never gave up on getting us into our home. I think at times, he had more confidence than we did that we would eventually close on our home.

In addition, working with Ralph was pleasant because he was just down to earth and personable. We had met other realtors who seemed to pre-judge us because we're younger.

Ralph has also been a great resource for anything we've needed so far, post-closing. So far, he's been able to recommend contractors for us to work with, and he's also reassured us that he can continue to be a point of contact for us for anything else we may need in the future.

If you're thinking of choosing a different realtor, don't! You will not find a better realtor than Ralph!

My husband and I were being transferred back to Florida from Virginia for job duties, so we only had a certain amount of time to buy a house or we were just going to rent. Buying a house seemed wiser then just renting, so our main goal was to find our dream home fast. We had spoke with serveral different realtors and they were no help at all. I had basically given up on using one until my mother in-law gave me Ralph's number. She found him online and she said his reviews were great. She spoke with him briefly, told him what we were looking for and said for me to call him and tell him any other details. From the beginning Ralph told us anything you need or any questions don't hesitate to ask. This was our first time buying a home so of course we had all kinds of questions for him. He was always so helpful and polite, no question was dumb. After viewing serveral different houses and running into some bumps we were able to find the one that would be perfect for our first home. Ralph walked us through the whole process, working late at night in order to get our offer submitted the same night, we found the house. He knew we had to move fast since there were so many others interested in the property. Our offer was accepted and fast forward to a couple weeks ago we closed on our first home. Ralph met us that morning for the final walk through and drove with us to closing. If your looking to purchase a new home or whatever it is you need, you will not be disappointed with Ralph's service.
