About Randall
Randall Gianopulos mastered the art of real estate brokerage after transitioning from a successful career on Wall Street in 2011. He has since closed many notable transactions throughout Manhattan and broken sales records that include an apartment at 101 Central Park West, which sold for $35 million.
Fortunate to have a diverse clientele of American and international leaders in finance, business, and the arts, Randall is known for his high degree of integrity, attention to detail, and discretion. As a top producer and former director in institutional futures and derivatives, he is seasoned at meeting a client’s needs and protecting their best interests in fast-paced changing markets. His superior service and skilled negotiating are appreciated and long remembered, as evidenced by ongoing repeat and referral clients.
Randall’s interest in real estate began well before he joined Sotheby’s International Realty. For over 25 years, he has purchased, renovated, and sold a dozen properties in Manhattan and Long Island’s East End. Randall’s expertise affords him a proven ability to both see and show the upside potential of property, to capitalize on opportunities for buyers and sellers. Though specializing in Manhattan, he draws on a vast referral network throughout the tristate area and around the world.
A graduate of Miami University in Ohio with finance and accounting majors, Randall advanced his knowledge by completing a professional certification in real estate finance and investment from NYU. Although he has lived in every neighborhood in New York, Randall and his family currently call a co-op loft in Flatiron and their residence in Southampton Village home.
Randall currently serves on two cooperative boards, enjoys tennis, travel, and taking in the fine architecture, museums, and theater the city offers. He also has a deep appreciation and commitment to the Museum of Modern Art where he currently serves as co-chairperson of the Contemporary Arts Council.
