He'll tell you that no two transactions are ever the same, and they all have their own challenges. Given that, Randall has been successful in setting multiple records for highest sales throughout various neighborhoods. This is a result of him taking time to dive deep into individual properties, always learning their respective ins & outs before going to market. Randall's methodology is the same no matter if the property is a rental, first purchase, or potential flip, always helping the client to fully understand the property, related area, and possible outcomes moving forward.
Graduating from the University of California - Davis with a degree in Marketing has provided Randall a substantial competitive advantage over most agents as relates to the principles of marketing real estate property. UC Davis is known for its robust and comprehensive marketing & communications studies that directly correlate to industry. However, as a university degree can only help you so much, Randall believes that key to staying on top of his game in this ever-changing real estate market includes the skills & knowledge learned on the job, daily. Randall always expresses a desire to constantly improve and adapt through continual learning and expanding his reach through personal connections. Even after just starting out in real estate, Randall dove into various industry verticals and segments, including a FinTech startup. Randall has been recognized for Masters Club membership every year since joining real estate.
Randall admits that when he first started out in the real estate industry, he wasn’t sure what he had got himself into. After being involved in startups and non-profits in his early career, that was the first time he was taking things on solo. Randall quickly realized that the real estate industry moves fast and that deals, closings, and also happiness were more frequent when working with a business partner. Thus, Stocker & Watts came into focus via the pairing up with Don Stocker as team members while both were at Lyon Real Estate. Randall and Don found themselves to be a great team, immediately starting to set records, make solid deals, and most importantly retain energized and loyal clients. The dream of Stocker & Watts as an independent brokerage is now a reality, the result of hard work and a team mentality.
Within just six years, Randall was able to achieve his primary goal of starting an independent brokerage. Moving forward, Randall expects Stocker & Watts to expand to outside markets, in addition to becoming an industry technology leader. Both Randall and Don feel that real estate offers so many different opportunities, and that through hard work and determination countless routes can be taken to achieve success. Success is not just financial, but both have a desire to create generational wealth through property ownership. Randall does understand success doesn't come easy. He's had months where bills needed to be paid but there was nothing to pay with. However, pushing through and finding a way to survive is what's lead him to where he is today. Through all this, Randall doesn't lose sight of what's important to him, still volunteering at his daughter's softball practice & games, volunteer coaching for a local wrestling team, and helping various non-profits along the way, especially with USA Wrestling & Exit Velocity Softball.
