Randelle Green

Green Mile Properties is the brainchild of Broker/CEO Randelle Green. Randelle has been representing buyers, sellers, and renters in the greater Los Angeles area for over a decade (since 2005). Randelle grew up in Omaha Nebraska, where he attended College and played football for the University of Nebraska. Midwestern work ethic is something that has never left Randelle, “To be from a place where your word and reputation really means something is important to me and I take it seriously”! Randelle got his start in Real Estate back in 2005 under the tutelage of Syd Leibovitch and the team at Paramount Rodeo Beverly Hills Shortly after that Randelle made his way up the street to the renowned office of Keller Williams/Beverly Hills. Randelle’s skills and talents were quickly noticed, and he was recruited to the downtown area where he immediately became a vital part in what is commonly now referred to as the renaissance of downtown LA.

He led sales teams for the developers of such high-profile projects/buildings as The Pan American Lofts, Evo, Luma, Elleven and The Roosevelt Lofts. His downtown Loft/Condo Brokerage The RandelleGreen Group (www.TheRandelleGreenGroup.com) continues to lead the way in what is fast becoming a national urban city center. In 2012 Randelle saw a need for a suburban boutique brokerage that would intimately serve the San Fernando Valley and be focused on the exclusive neighborhoods of Studio City and Sherman Oaks, where he and his wife have owned a home since 2006. “I felt that these neighborhoods were neglected and lacked good real estate coverage.

So many big-name brokerages with hundreds of agents that, in his opinion tended to give inadequate service and always be difficult to get a hold of! Randelle wanted to make a difference, after all, it is his neighborhood too!
