All the reasons for not wanting an agent kind of went away when we met Randy. Not once have we felt pressured by him to buy a home, that allowed us to really look for a home we love. I'm amazed by how much patience Randy has with us, it took us over a year to buy a home. I honestly felt he was always genuinely on our side because he has always given us objective feedback on the home. Examples include whether we were paying too much, or paying too little for it. When it came time to write the contracts and cover letters, he would provide us with great feedback. When we were in contract, Randy was with us all the way through. He helped literally with everything from termite inspections to coordinating repairs. Our experience with Randy was beyond our expectations; if you want to buy a home of your dream and not feel pressured, we highly recommend Randy!

Randy reached out to us when we inquired about a house when other realtors were not calling us back. He was able to show us the house almost immediately and many others in the area. He worked around our schedule and accommodated us to perfection. Randy was very knowledgeable when it came to all the ins and outs about buying a house and even more knowledgeable giving specific details about each house. He walked us through our first home purchase so much that it was not a stressful time at all. He is very kind and professional and would highly recommend him.
