Randy helped us buy our first home 6 years ago so when we had our first child and that house was filling up quickly, we knew exactly who to call to help us find our forever home. Whether it was to help touch up some walls with paint or bring in a more picture perfect kitchen table and chairs, Randy went above and beyond helping us professionally stage our house for pictures. His expert knowledge in competitive pricing and staging paid off as we had 11 offers, multiple above asking, within the first 3 days of listing our home IN JANUARY - IN MINNESOTA! Simultaneously, he and his team met us all over the metro to look at houses, getting us private showings within a days notice. He guided us in making a competitive offer which ultimately helped us land our dream home. This whole process couldn’t have gone any more smoothly and we have Randy to thank for that. If we ever have to move again, we wouldn’t even think twice. I have told countless friends and family to use him and encourage anyone reading this to as well. You will be in GREAT hands!

Randy did an amazing job in helping me search for a home. He gave me honest opinions, based on what he knew I was searching for in a house, was always so quick in getting back to me, and was the consummate professional throughout the process. Because of the competitive seller's market while I was searching, it took some time for me to find the right place. But Randy was endlessly energetic and responsive and never failed to respond to the dozens of messages I would send to him each week. He was even in touch while on vacation - I always felt very well represented and taken care of. I can't recommend Randy highly enough! 5 stars

We bought our first home in a really challenging seller's market, and Randy ensured that we were not only successful, but that the process was enjoyable! He brings extensive knowledge of the Twin Cities real estate market, as well as tons of experience in home building and renovations. We felt like we were in such good hands with Randy, who would get us in for showings that worked with our schedule, give us his expert opinion on the quality of the home, and provide us helpful strategies that ultimately helped us win the offer on our dream home. Randy has been so wonderful to have as a realtor throughout my first home purchase experience and now during the search for our second home (I picked up a husband along the way). He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and goes above and beyond in every way to help you find the perfect home within your budget. He is a fantastic resource from the very start of the home buying process all the way through close. He is also experienced in construction and contracting and is able to provide insight on what different projects might cost as you look at houses and envision the changes you think you may want or need to make.

Highly recommend! Randy was a huge help in the process. He offered suggestions to prepping our home for sale and was spot on with his recommendations. He also helped us find our dream home. He asked questions up front and knew exactly what we were looking for. He has a wide range of knowledge in construction and contracting and was able to help point out things that might be issues in the future. When we worked with Randy, my wife and I were first time home buyers. Randy walked us through the process of buying a property educating us along the way and answering any questions we had. Randy was always readily available through phone or email and his response time was immediate. When asking Randy to schedule a showing he would do his best to accommodate to your schedule and needs. Additionally, his expertise within the Twin Cities is conspicuous.
Randy will give you professional tips and facts about the location and property when visiting a scheduled showing.

Randy absolutely exceeded my expectations in buying my first home. If you choose Randy as your realtor you will not be disappointed. His past job experience as a contractor was such an added benefit when searching for my new home. He made sure to point out any areas of concern that could potentially need costly repairs and truly has the buyers’ best interests at heart. He is very knowledgeable about the Minneapolis area and gave me guidance on what areas I should look at and what areas to avoid. Randy helped to guide my daughter with her first home purchase. First of all, he is very knowledgeable and familiar with the White Bear Lake and Mahtomedi areas. His knowledge of building and remodeling was also really helpful as we started looking at older homes. Because the market was/is hot, hot, hot and houses were literally flying off the shelf, he was extremely patient with us. He kept reassuring us that if we don’t get this one, the right one will come up. Well, it finally did almost 6 months later- and she took the leap quickly ( she had to or the house would have been gone). Randy also knew what she was looking for by then — and was very reassuring that this could be the ONE. He helped with setting up the inspection and closing and it went off without a hitch. It has indeed ended up being a wonderful find. Thanks, Randy!

There are a lot of things that are unsure but I know one thing and that’s for sure: It will be challenging to find an agent at the level of Randy! We had the pleasure to work with Randy during the pursuit to buy our 1st and dream house in 2016 and we made it! Randy is very professional, calm and transparent. With his background & experience as a licensed construction contractor and his expertise in the industry, Randy finds in his realtor assignment a complementary and natural add-on that delivers an exceptional outcome. It’s very simple: When you buy a home, you must have Randy on your side. Randy is a very patient person to deal with, he is passionate about his work and it shows. During closing, his direction was essential when working through the purchase agreements, contracts, amendments, inspection and other milestones required to finalize the deal. Any person can show you a house but not anyone can drill down into the dirty details, identify a problem and educate you on what it is then propose multiple solutions and provide an estimate level of effort to fix it. Above and beyond my expectations! Over the course of 3 years Randy patiently showed me and my wife over a dozen homes. He diligently worked with us through every phase of the home buying process. I was always comforted to know that Randy would rather talk me out of a house, than simply try to make a sale. I can confidently say that with his help we finally moved into our forever home and I do believe that without his patience we might have closed on something less desirable sooner.
