About Rasha

I was born and raised in Dubai, UAE but always had a dream to come to United States of America. As soon as I finished high school, I decide to make my dream come true and moved to USA to finish my degree. I have graduated from George Mason University with Bachelor of Science in Accounting, got married. Currently, I live at Dulles area with my husband and twin boys.

When I was in college, I always had an interest to look into real estate properties and attend open houses during the weekend. I knew that I have passion to be a Realtor but I had to put my real estate career on hold to focus on my family since my kids were young. I decided to pursue my dream and I earned my Real Estate License in Virginia.

I believe in "Perfection" while performing any job and in order to be a "Rock Star" agent, you should listen to the client and their needs carefully to make sure they have the best experience in selling or buying their next dream home. My goal is to establish a strong long lasting client relationship.

Rasha is an excellent real estate agent, and I highly recommend her. She helped us with two related purchases for our relocation back to Northern Virginia. We were able to complete the transactions remotely with Rasha working locally in Reston. She took us on video tours, performed the walkthroughs, and got the keys, as well as all the usual paperwork and closing items. She was very knowledgeable about the properties. She was very responsive, always on top of the details, and both transactions went very smoothly as a result. She was extremely professional and such a pleasure to work with.
