I had the luck and opportunity to work with Raul and his associates recently. What an impressive agent he is. It is a rarity to find such excellence in a realtor Not only is Raul a strong agent, he is a fantastic communicator, a passionate leader, and follows through on his word which is a rarity these days. I’ve been around for quite some time and know quite a few agents and Raul is definitely top notch. Next time you are scouring the market for an agent, make sure you at least give Raul a chance to interview for the position as your agent. You will not be disappointed. It is very seldom when we write reviews. We simply cannot write reviews for every restaurant we eat at, every store we shop at, or everything else we experience on a day to day basis. However, when you have an amazing experience you just cannot pay someone back enough for, a review is definitely due. As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to begin when trying to start our home purchasing process. Finding a good lender, the perfect property, and finally going through escrow can all be very overwhelming and stressful. We’re grateful to have been able to work with Raul as he made this entire process seamless. From the very beginning when we spoke to him on the phone, we knew he was the realtor we wanted to work with. We proceeded to meet him locally where we sat down and gave him our needs and wants list. He shared with us his proven techniques, his approach, and even got us to work with a lender that worked as hard as he does! As we started to look at properties, we became even more fond of Raul and how personable and professional he can be. When visiting potential properties, Raul would point out things that we had listed as our needs and wants in a place. The impressive part was that he didn’t even have our list in front of him; we could tell that he had done his homework! From that point on, we were that much more eager to work with Raul as we knew he could help find our dream home. When we finally found our home, we worked together and got it under contract - on the first try, by the way. From there on out it was smooth sailing. Every time we called Raul he answered, if not he would call back immediately and even followed up with text messages. He showed up at our property inspection, our notary signing, and even when we hit some bumps along the road (not our side of the transaction). He definitely made sure we got through it all! Now that we got our first purchase out of the way and with hopefully more to come, we wouldn’t work with anyone but Raul! You have nothing to lose but so much knowledge to gain from him and for that, we are very grateful.
