Raygen Grant

Raygen considers herself a Coloradan import, like so many of the people living and loving Mile High as much as she does. Born and raised in Canada, it was a welcome transition to become a full-time resident, and American citizen in September 2013. Her husband, her 7-year-old daughter Gabrayel and herself loves the sunshine, outdoors, and the fantastic urban living with its choice of historic or new construction that Denver has to offer.

Raygen has spent some time researching and falling in love with the various neighborhoods that Denver has to offer. Before naturalizing they were splitting their lives between two countries and my family was afforded the opportunity to live in a variety of spectacular Denver neighborhoods. Each partial year spent in Denver meant an opportunity to 'taste test' a new neighborhood! Now living here full time she is well acquainted with the relocation process. She feels a particular passion in helping others relocate to Colorado and take pride in helping people choose which of Denver's many fabulous neighborhoods is best for them.

Prior to hanging my Real Estate License with the State of Colorado, she was a high school French Immersion teacher for 15 years. I am excited to bring my valuable skill set that was acquired while teaching to my real estate career. Teachers are some of the most hardworking, patient, and dependable workers out there. Our ability to communicate, pay mindfulness, adapt, problem solve and to work under pressure, with defined expectations, makes us a breed of incredibly diligent characters. Let's be honest, if she can effectively communicate with 28 teenagers, confined to one small room, each with a multitude of leaning needs, and successfully guide them to academic success, while keeping a close eye on curriculum expectations, Raygen has the confidence she can do about anything!

In her spare time I enjoy hiking the fabulous mountains, biking around Wash Park, attending concerts at Red Rocks.
