Rebecca responded very quickly to all emails, text messages, or phone calls that I sent her. Scheduling house showings always happened as quickly as possible, but, of course, at times that worked for me. When I was ready to purchase the home, once again, she worked quickly and expedited the financing process beautifully. There were a couple glitches at the bank side of things, but Rebecca was ready to help call them, or, when the financing process got bogged down, simply allowed me to commiserate with the understanding soul that she is. So, the bottom line is that I got a great home at a great price, and Rebecca made it all work, including helping with a couple creative necessary steps at the end to compensate for the bank's frustrating pace. (To be fair, the bank was held up by the approving underwriters requirements and the fact that my file was pulled for a random audit!) I know that when I need to turn around and sell the house that I just bought, I will definitely call Rebecca back, and have her be the listing agent. When that time comes, I am sure she will get back to me within the hour. Rebecca was AMAZING. Rebecca was insanely fast to respond, by that I mean within a minute she had responded to my email requesting information about a property. She had us looking at houses within 2 days and put together an aggressive schedule to review 4 houses in one evening. My husband sent her a “new one” (the day we were going to view others) to see maybe that week and she pushed to have it added to that day. I can summarize quickly how the next 14 days went. We put an offer on that house that night, she stayed with us LATE to write the offer, they accepted that next morning. We had the house inspected and appraised within a week. Our house went on the market the following Friday and sold two days later. We then had our house inspected and appraised. ALL of this within 14 days! Rebecca had some amazing referrals for an inspector, a mover, and a mortgage company that was able to give us a much better rate than we had originally been quoted (BONUS), all of which were unbelievable. The inspector was so thorough I thought he built the house. Amazing! Rebecca takes a great deal of pride in ensuring customer satisfaction, I have never met someone more responsive. Rebecca is an expert in West Michigan real estate and a true professional. When you meet Rebecca you will find out what a wonderful lady she is. My husband (Rob) and I are over the road truck drivers and have been looking for that dream/vacation/rretirement home for 2 years now. We meet Rebecca in the fall of 2015. We went out looking at homes all day. Each one was nice in its own way but just not the one. Rebecca would send us home to look at and we would sent her ones we wanted to look at. All we keep hearing was that ones off the market, thats sold, that one just sold an hour ago. By the way I dont know when she finds time to slle because she made us feel like we were her only clients, even at midnight texting us information. So with the Holidays coming up I decided to take a break from looking. So we got back with her the 2nd week of January with a house that went back on the market and she told us of a lake house that she thought we would like. She said she would set up the appointment and get back with me. The next day she called I thought with the appointments but she was telling how she heared that their was 2 more appointments before we could see the house that she wanted us to see. She jusr knew that the house would be sold. She wanted us to look at the pictures and make an offer. I could believe what I was hearing now I have a crazy Rebecca on my hands. But I woke up Rob we looked at the house on a Iphone 4 small pictures. 2 hours later we were making a offer over the phone. 3 hours later they accepted our offer. Rebecca called the next day saying how she has never done this before with a client but with investors. Then said how she was out with her dad for lunch and then took him by the house and he agreed that we would love it. Ok now we have Rebecca and her dad telling us that we will love it. Its gone from like to love. 4 days later we got to see the home and WE LOVE IT. Our closing is around the corner and I'm so happy with our new home that Rebecca found for us. You can honestly trust her with picking out your home. She has a lot of contracts just ask dont wait ask her anything she will have an answer or will find it. Oh by the way our offer was 14,000.00 under the value of the home. Rebecca did such a great job for us and I know she will for the next client too. Before I found Rebecca, I had agents full of excuses on why they could not get us in to see a listing. READ THIS REVIEW…When I found out I was relocating to Grand Rapids, I had a local Realtor friend of mine do some research and recommend a few names that may help me select a Realtor to work with. After I thought I selected the best candidate, I found myself spending long hours after work combing through real estate listings trying to learn the area and recommend properties for this person to show me. WAIT, isn't that the Realtor's job??? I work 60-70 hour weeks and certainly do not have time for any of that...Rebecca came highly recommended from another co-worker who recently relocated to the area as well. I called her and it was literally NIGHT AND DAY…She told me, “My job is to find you houses, all you have to do is fall in love with one!” I never thought it would be that easy. I went from receiving one listing every week to having 15-20 properties in my inbox every few days! It was so nice to be able to tell Rebecca what I was interested in, and within 24 hours I had handfuls of homes to look at! When I made the house hunting trip, I had a limited amount of time to see houses. Rebecca went out of her way to set up an entire day of aggressive house showings so we could see as many properties as possible. When we broke for lunch, I received another email from her on this AMAZING house that just hit the market. Within 5 minutes, Rebecca had a showing scheduled for that afternoon. Once we looked at the property, I knew this was the house I wanted to buy. Long story short, we were one of several interested parties who put offers in on the house. With Rebecca’s knowledge of the neighborhood, the Comps in the area, and potential resale, we went in with a very tactical offer and ended up getting the house! It doesn't stop there…Rebecca went absolutely above and beyond expectations. Not only did she set up a remote closing so I wouldn't have to make an additional trip, she told me not to stress out about trying to work a full time job and coordinate a move. She worked with the moving company and took delivery my belongings, locked up the house, and took care of the mail. I could not be more pleased with the experience of working with Rebecca. Rebecca went above and beyond her job to make sure we found, and secured, our dream home! Moving from out of state is difficult in a quick real estate situation that west Michigan is in right now. She rearranged meetings to make herself available when we found new listings that would go quickly, gave honest feedback about the areas/ and market, and most importantly, when we found THE house she did everything in her ability to help us get the home. She always responded within minutes to phone calls, texts, and even emails. She also has many connections with local builders, inspectors, engineers, etc. should the need arise. Rebecca throughout this process has been better than any realtor I have ever come in contact with. She is professional, knowable and full of connections. There isn't anything she won't do to get your house sold and or get you in the house of your dreams. Rebecca is hard working and passionate for what she does. She listens to your concerns and needs and keeps a positive attitude, even when things don't work out at first. She always finds a way to make them work out in your favor. We'd been dealing with so many odd people and so many disappointing listings in our home search, we'd almost given up! Thankfully, we found Rebecca (through Zillow) sort of last minute, but it worked out perfectly. She was quick to respond, incredibly knowledgable and very helpful. She knew everything about the house and the process - she certainly fights for her clients. I felt I was in good hands for the entire time. On top of all her strengths, she is just a fun person to be around. She is quick witted and interesting - just the sort of person you want in this role, because you have to work closely with them. We felt comfortable around her, and loved being able to chat with her any time we needed, even later in the evening. Some of the other people we had worked with would only operate normal business hours and if we had an issue or problem on a Friday, we'd be stuck with nothing until Monday - this doesn't always mesh well with deadlines! I recall numerous phone calls with her after 8, 9, or even 10 at night on a Saturday. She was always willing to take a moment and work for us. We are SO happy in our dream home now! I couldn't think of someone easier to work with, and I'm certainly holding onto her contact information to pass onto any friends and family who would need her services in the future.
