When I was looking for a realtor I was worried about “they” wouldn’t be looking out for me. “sell fast, get paid, on to the next one.” When I 1st had my meeting with Rebecca I was a little set back, not in a bad way but in a way I felt she was really looking out for me and what I wanted. I wanted someone who would be honest, have time for me and listen to my needs. I told her my wants and what I didn’t want and we seen many places. I can be a hard person to please and Rebecca knew that from the beginning and took her chance with me. She has gone above my expectations and found the perfect place for me and my daughter. She was motivated, caring in my thoughts, understanding and went above what I believe a realtor should do for a client.

Very professional, personable and knowledgeable, Rebecca Holbrook got right back to me anytime I had a question. It's very hard to find promptness, professionalism, great personality and very knowledge from anyone or business. I was ready to sell my NKY home and really had no clue where to start. I originally only thought to try Keller Williams because their office was right down the road from my house.

One day I just walked inside, asked for a realtor, and was introduced to Rebecca. Her enthusiasm towards helping a total stranger walking in the door to sell their home made me feel that this was going to be exactly what I was looking for. Rebecca’s joyous personality and her evident love and passion for what she does helped the home selling process go smoother than I ever could have imagined. Rebecca was extremely professional, kind, funny, and very very patient with me from day one all the way through closing. She was quick to respond to calls / texts and never seemed to mind me asking multiple, random questions (sometimes the same one over and over) during any given day.

I’ve always heard that selling a home in winter and around the holidays can be very difficult. Well, Rebecca had my home pending DAY 1 of it being listed AND officially sold the week before Christmas. Rebecca was hands down the best I could have ever hoped for in a realtor. When the time comes to move and sell my new home, I will absolutely seek her out again.

It all started over a post that I made on FB. I mentioned to her that our dream was to buy a house but were told we wouldn't ever be able too. She helped us do everything that we needed to do & found us a lender that offered to see if we could make our dream come true. After going thru a few hoops & Rebecca never giving up on us & staying positive she found us our forever home. She made our dream come true!! We can't thank her enough for all that her & Cathy did to make it happen. So we highly recommend Rebecca if you're looking for your forever home!! Thank u so much Rebecca!!!!
