Colorado Native Rebekah Gray was born in Grand Junction and has lived in Denver all of her adult life. Her extensive background in construction comes in handy when she’s working with inspectors, touring new developments, advising investors on the permitting process, and helping folks find their dream home!

Rebekah’s clients not only benefit from her vast knowledge of the history and current state of the housing market, but also from her proven contract + negotiation skills. During a time when buyers were competing against 20 or more offers on each house, Rebekah was able to get more than 2/3 of her buyers under contract on their first offer! With a passion for using real estate to build wealth, Rebekah also loves to work with people who are interested in building their rental portfolios.
