I have worked with a few realtors in the past and found Regina to be the hardest working agent I have ever met. Compared to her, all other realtors I have used seemed to be a little out of touch with the Ins and Outs of Real Estate Sales. Her Real Estate knowledge is over the top and she seems to work almost 24-7 for her clients. She really takes time to get to know her clients and their needs to find the right property for them. Best realtor in the area! Regina's expertise and knowledge surpassed my expectations and, she really is for her client. I had a self created deadline to purchase a home. With Regina's due diligence to find suitable properties for me to look at and, after backing out of one offer, I was able to put in an offer on another property and close in 20 days, 2 weeks ahead of my own deadline. 8 weeks from pre-approval to close, I could not be happier with the service I received and will reccomend Regina to anyone I hear that is looking for or, selling a home. Her knowledge of contracts (and yes she reads all the contracts), is only outweighed by her sheer tenacity. My wife and I never thought that we would be able to purchase a house, let along, a nice house in a nice neighborhood.
