Regina moved to Texas in 1988. Once she arrived, the friendly attitude of the locals and her new home in the Hill Country captured her heart. However, in 1995 her family moved overseas to England and Holland for 3 years. When they decided to move back to the States, there was no other place in the world she would rather be than back in Austin, Texas.
