Her mother is her inspiration going to real estate business. She was like a mayor of their town, Binan Philippines because everybody knows and loves her. When she started selling houses in 2002, she was her biggest marketer. She believed in the American Dream of owning a home and everyone who works hard deserves a nice and comfortable home. Buying a home is the best way to spend your hard-earned money. She graduated Bachelor of Arts major in Asian Studies at the University of Santo Tomas & went to Mission College to study real estate. The college setting is the best way to learn from real life Agents and Loan Officers as Her professors. Her business thrived during the 2008 recession because I am an approved Broker for Bank of America & local credit union to sell their bank owned properties. As a Realtor and a Broker, I always go 120% on everything that I do. The dedication, diligence, and challenging work I learned from Her father.
