About Remington

After successfully growing his own brand and community under a national brand’s roof since 2006, Remington knew it was time to step out on his own. Rand Properties, an independent and client-focused real estate brokerage, opened its doors in 2018. While he does have a full-service marketing team, Rem’s priorities remain on what has made him so successful: focus, honesty, and efficiency.

Remington is married to Anne Randolph Goddard Rand, a Richmond native. They live with their rescued dog, Tophe, on Hanover Ave in The Fan. Anne Randolph works in communications for the Richmond SPCA. Remington is an active enduro dirt bike rider and Anne Randolph competitively rides Hunter horses.
