Renata Pettit is reliable and competent realtor. Very patient and knowledgeable. Always advocating on her client’s needs even if that would mean to give up on existing contract to make sure we get the house of our dream. This is what she literally did for us. We loved the very first house she showed us but the house quickly became unavailable and we started over the search and ended up closing another house which was also good. Unexpectedly the house we loved was back to the market and Renata immediately let us know and had assisted all the process of cancelling the existing contract and getting us a better negotiation to the house we loved first. Her clients are her top priority even if it would mean double, triple work for her. She does everything she can to make her clients satisfied. We moved to Tampa knowing zero about the neighborhood and she gave us all information contributing with our decision of purchasing a house in the area we were planning. Thank you Renata!
