I live out of state and it was time to sell my newly refurbished rental home in Casselberry. I had Rene sell another rental home for me years ago so it was an easy decision to let her sell this one also.
Rene went above and beyond to assist in a couple inspection issues that was impossible for me to accomplish being out of state. She then perfectly staged the house to make it an easy sell. If and/or when the need to sell another house in Central Florida is needed, I will definitely call on Rene to help.

Rene listed our house, and it sold in less than two weeks. We had over twenty showings, nine offers, a bidding war, and she stayed on top of everything, giving us professional advice along the way-from the very beginning until the closing, as we had never listed a house before, so the experience was new to us.
