Renee is awesome! She’s not your typical agent. She truly helps with a servant’s heart. We found her while browsing online. We didn’t know what to expect and we’re naturally skeptical. After our 1st conversation, we were able to put the apps away. She found us a list of 10+ homes that met our family’s needs. We went out searching in 4 days and were under contract shortly thereafter. She listened to our needs and didn’t pressure or steer us. Renee advocated and represented our best interests. One thing about her, she knows real estate and pays attention to the market data, which helped us to work efficiently after our lease expired. My Husband and I recently purchased our first home. We were referred to Renee Matthews from a friend. Renee is was very thorough and professional. She was knowledgable of the area we wanted to move too. She was quick to answer all calls, emails and any questions we had along the way. We appreciate how she stayed on top of things, communicated and kept us informed. Buying a home, (especially our first home) was stressful at times. However Renee listened to what we wanted, supported us through the entire process. If we were to ever buy another house, she will definitely be our first and only call.

Renee gave me a chance to own a home which previous real estate brokers denied me. I was hopelessly dreaming of owning one but was told that I can only afford a manufactured home. Renee wasn’t after the commission she would get from the sales because she asked me to think a million times before committing to a condo that I really loved & chose to be my first home. As a first time homebuyer she guided me through a lot of steps that I never imagined I need to learn when acquiring a real estate property. She helped me push the seller into replacing the HVAC system which would cost me $ 6k & I am very grateful for that. She did all the justifications which I never could imagine as a first time buyer. She answered all my queries no matter how dumb I consider them & was always there to listen whatever time of the day.
