I was first referred to Reza back in 2013 from a previous co-worker. When I met Reza in 2013, he had made house hunting as painless and simple as can be. He took down everything that I had been looking for and narrowed it down to a few properties that best fit what I had been looking for. Within a few months, I had become a proud home owner. Over the years, Reza had stayed in touch i.e. checking up to see how everything had been going with the new home and after then I had received Christmas cards just letting me feel like I was a welcomed client.

In 2021, I was in the process of wanting sell my first house. I didn’t know of anyone else that I could trust and I had reached out to Reza once again. We met up and ran through what the best possible outcome would be on the property and what potential time frame would could achieve. Through his recommendations and expertise, we managed to sell the property in a timely manner and I got what I had been looking for on the property.

Just recently here in March of 2023, I had reached out to him once again on house hunting. I managed to find something that worked best for me and my son and was able to become once again a home owner.

I’ve spoke with friends of mine who had either been house hunting or wanting to sell their homes… I always like to hear their experiences and I’ve also given some advice based on my experiences. When I’ve heard what some of their experiences have been like, it makes me feel glad that I had met Reza and was able to know that someone who is as experienced and has the knowledge, I’m glad he was there to represent me throughout the process. Honestly, there isn’t anyone else out there that I would recommend or have on my side other than Reza when dealing with purchasing or selling your home or property. I couldn’t thank him enough for what he has done for me over the years.

Reza helped us purchase a condo in Denver and we've been so happy with that purchase. His knowledge of the area of Denver where we were searching was invaluable and he helped guide us throughout the purchasing process. Additionally, we recently began a search for property in Hawaii and while Reza wasn't able to help us with that directly, he was able to connect us with another Realtor who was just as professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend Reza without hesitation!

A friend of ours referred Reza to us and we are so happy we took their advice. Reza is so professional- yet you feel like you are working with a friend that has your best interests in mind. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to research things for us. (We were first time home buyers so we had A LOT of questions- could be very annoying but Reza took this in great stride). We are so happy we came across Reza, he really knows the business. We would recommend him to ANYONE!

Update* We recently sold our house with Reza! He was phenomenal. Got us way above asking price, used amazing marketing techniques, and was available for any questions at any time- we love him. Even though we are moving to MN from CO- we will miss you Reza! You are awesome. (Will update when we move BACK to CO, he is already looking at homes for us!)

I was doing this purchase from the East Coast and Reza was working with me and my Daughter (locally) as my proxy. I found Reza very easy to work with. Knowledgeable and very responsive to my calls . He was patient and willing to put in the time and footwork until we found the right location and price point. Would definitely be comfortable recommending his services

Reza is a gift from God! Buying a house is not an easy thing and there can be lots of stress. Reza was always making us feel relaxed and showing us that buying a house can be fun. He took the time to look up my wife's culture to make sure that the house feng-shui met her needs. He is great at the negotiation process and keeping you up to date on all the information you need to know and legal documents you need to sign. I am just getting into the search for a house or condo. Reza has been helping me out a ton! I have never owned before so I am not too familiar with the entire process. I have learned a bunch from Reza and also checked out some great neighborhoods and places to possibly buy in such as RiNo in Denver. This is the 2nd time we used Reza. He helped us purchase our west highlands bungalow in 2013 and then we used him again to sell that same house in 2018.
