My Real Estate career started with the Realty Executives Franchise in 2005. I have received the company’s “Circle of Excellence” award for Customer Service. In October of 2013, I made the switch to Baird & Warner. I hold an Illinois Managing Broker’s License. I have earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation, Broker Price Opinion Resource Certification, Certified Real Estate Negotiator, Certified Residential Specialist, E-Pro, Graduate, Realtor Institute, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Seller’s Representative Specialist, Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certification along with Senior’s Real Estate Representative Designation—multiple Relocation training/certification programs via Leading RE and SIRVA Relocation.

I have survived one of the worst markets ever. The feeling of waking up the first morning in your new home is an AMAZING rush. Having spent over 10 years in the Advertising Industry, I have a unique view of Advertising and Marketing. I know how to market property and how to get people’s attention. I use many successful strategies to market and advertise properties. My marketing plan includes professional photography, professionally printed brochures, and a strong internet presence. In the current market, Social Media has become a very widely used form of marketing/advertising, therefore I participate on multiple platforms as well.
