Rhonda recently helped me find a house in Peoria. It is everything I wanted and more. Since I am newer to the Phoenix area it was nice to have someone with so much knowledge of the city. I appreciated that she encouraged my honest feedback with each house to help us narrow down the search. Once I found a house there were multiple offers. She saved me money by negotiating a lower price while still presenting the best offer. Through the entire process she was there to help and explain any questions. It was a smooth transaction and she was very friendly. I highly recommend Rhonda and will use her again if I ever buy, sell, or want to have an investment property.
